ADDING AUDIO TRACKS

In today's lab, you will import Audio Files into Premiere Pro and use the Audio Mixer.

1) Create a new Premiere Pro project and call the sequence "AUDIO" + (last name).

2) Import 3 audio files from the S:\drive: LEFT, RIGHT, and CENTER.

3) Drag each of the audio files to a different audio track in the timeline. Make each track exactly 10 seconds long.

4) Import one of your videos and create a freeze-frame. (This can be any frame you like.) Import the freeze frame. Place the freeze-frame in the timeline and change the duration to 10 seconds.

5) Open the Audio Mixer and adjust the LEFT audio file so that it only plays in the left speaker.

6) Open the Audio Mixer and adjust the RIGHT audio file so that it only plays in the right speaker.

7) Open the Audio Mixer and adjust the CENTER audio file so that the decibel level is set at 4.0.

8) Beginning at the first frame of your video, add the video transition "Dip to Black".

9) At the end of your video, add the video transition, "Checker Wipe".

10) On your entire video, add the video effect, "Strobe Light".

11) SAVE your project.

12) Export your sequence as a H.264, YouTube SD (name is "AUDIO" + (last name)).

13) Copy and Paste your movie file to the I:\drive in the AUDIO folder for your class period.
